A. All products are brand new and in the original packaging. These items are shipped directly from a Sears warehouse location.

Q. Can I pick up my item from the nearest Sears location?
A. These items are not located at a Sears Retail Store location and cannot be shipped or picked up at a Retail Sears store.

Q. What is your Sears return policy?
A. Sears can only offer return privileges if an incorrect item is shipped. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact Sears within 20-days of auction close.
