NEW Pulls	Item was originally installed in a new system that was scrapped or recycled before it was put into service. We have removed it and repackaged it for individual sale.
Pulled & Tested	Item was removed from a used system, cleaned, tested, and re-packaged for individual sale.
Refurbished	Item was removed from a used system and refurbished to make it fully functional.
Retail Returns	Item was sold and returned. We have repackaged it and tested it to guarantee functionality
Used	Item was used. We have tested, cleaned and re-packaged it for sale.

None of our warranties cover return shipping. In all cases the buyer is responsible for paying the return freight charges for any items covered by our warranties.
