Payment is accepted by PayPal, we also accept payment by via telephone using credit card or debit card to confirmed address only. In the event it is listed as an auction, please contact me within 3 days at the end of auction. All items are Brand New!!! They are NOT REFURBISHED OR RETURNS. Items that are initially defective within 30 days of invoice are eligible for replacement. We will send a return shipping label (UPS 3 ATTEMPT ONLY) to cover the cost of the return and send out the replacement at our cost - If UPS was not able to pick up after 3 attempts then you will be responsible to send it back on your own expense. There is a 25% restocking fee on all non-defective returns and you pay return shipping. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable. Must be returned in the original box with all parts, manuals. We are not liable for packages lost, damaged, or not delivered on time due to our shipping companies (they are liable). We will assist in the claim.
