**We've had several packets addressed to business only names returned of late, we will no longer ship to a business only name, you MUST give us a personal name as well in order to ship to your business name in care of yourself, we have to pay for postage a second time when packets are returned and we do not pass this cost onto the customer please make sure we have your correct address. Airmail runs $3.15 $-9.98  (7 -14 BUSINESS DAYS TO US, Varies to Canada and other abroad locations) ~SHIPPING IS CHARGED AS LESS THAN EXACT SHIPPING
WITH THE COST OF CURRENT CONVERSION RATES OF USD $ TO GBP £
**Handling fee of .50 cents added to total helps pay for packing time, shipping material, and petrol to PO
UK shipping cost at £1.00 for first pattern, 50 pence for each thereafter
converted to current US funds on the day invoices are sent 25 p added to transaction for handling.

**Combined shipping for one listing campaign only (ie: Friday to Thursday is one campaign)**
Please make payment no later than 7 days after your first auction closes
Reminders will now be sent on the 10th day after close as we are having too many items left unpaid
for weeks at a time, all unpaid items will be re-listed after 14 days unless you have made
arrangement PRIOR to bidding on your first item, sorry about this, but payments made very
late confuse not only bookkeeping but shipping as well.

All items located and shipped from the UK unless otherwise stated. Shipping times within the UK and EU are apx 1 week AFTER item is posted. 7-14 BUSINESS  days abroad in most cases but regular airmail can sometimes take up to 30 BUSINESS days depending upon the time of year and item clearing customs.

ALL item Shipped on Fridays ONLY FOR THE MOST PART, SHIPPING DOES TAKE PLACE A BIT EARLY OR A BIT LATER AT TIMES Via United Kingdom  Royal Mail with proof of posting using their online postage system. Insurance is not implied or include on any item. Insurance requires signature at this point which costs $6.00 with currency conversion, insurance itself is then an additional $5.00 now making insurance a very ridiculous $11.00 unless your total is over 100.00 probably not worth while. I'm afraid we are not able to send packages with insurance outside the UK unless you are willing to pay this fee charged by Royal Mail, you may look this up at their site www.royalmail.co.uk. to see Royal mail terms and conditions  of insurance abroad.  you must wait at least 30 business days to file any claim with Royal mail, a business week is M_F,  Sat is not a business day here I'm afraid.

 We reserve the right to require insurance on any item/s with a total of more then $75.00 US dollars, we will split the cost of this with the bidder, or you may opt to have your item/s mailed in smaller value packages but if you choose this option, please keep in mind that you must pay first pattern postage cost for each set of patterns you break into smaller lots. we are happy to do this for you, but because you pay more for the first item with Royal mail by grams we must charge what they charge us to mail out to you.

Items USUALLY shipped within 10 BUSINESS days of payment. A business week is M-F ONLY payment must be received by Tues noon EST for Friday shipping. WE SHIP FRIDAY only in most cases if there is an emergency or a holiday, the day may differ.

 All items are displayed & collected in USA funds, APX 1 US Dollar = 45 UK cents at this time. Please keep in mind that at present $3.15-4.99for first item first class air shipping is £1.56, less then ACTUAL cost to us for shipping your item if it weighs more then one ounce.

*We sell new and used patterns, most have been purchased second hand, we don’t know the original owners, please keep this in mind and bid accordingly. We are still liquidating the remains of a closed craft outlet and will be for quite some time due to the number of patterns from that purchase.
