Mint Condition = Hardly, if/ever used and/or shows barely visible, if any surface blemishes at all. ...[Exc.] Excellent = Hardly any scratches or Game that I ran through a Professional Disc Resurfacer, not all scratches are completely removable, But When I use the machine the discs come out looking Great and work Perfect for Sure. This Disc Is NOT a Blue Bottom.
