How does the Microsoft Cashback Rebate Program work?
EBay and Microsoft Live Search are teaming up to offer eBay buyers cash back on their purchases. Here's how it works:
1. Write down this listing's eBay item#. It's a 12 digit number found on the upper right portion of this page. You'll need it later when you come back to eBay.

| DAMAGES / ISSUES |

Although every effort is made to ship your merchandise as safely as possible, we recognize items do occasionally get damaged during transport. Our staff is well trained to offer assistance in the event of damages or other issues relating to your order. If your item arrives in a visibly damaged state, please refuse receipt of only those packages that are damaged. It is normal for packages to show wear and tear, but it is not normal for there to be gaping holes or pieces falling out! Damages, missing parts, or discrepancies must be reported within 3 days from the date that the item was received. We assume no responsibility for any problems reported after the 3-day period. Please report a damaged item via email.
Damages and other issues must be documented by email, since a written record is required. In addition, photo proof is required for any concealed damages that were not specified to the shipper upon receipt of the item. In the event concealed damage is discovered, please contact us in like manner and we may be able to just replace the part(s) for you or provide a partial refund.
