Fabricating your replacement cushions
When you receive your foam replacement cushion you will need to use your existing cushion(s) as a template. Remove the upholstery covering your old cushion(s) and place the old foam cushion(s) on top of the new foam replacement cushion slab. Make sure all cushions are in place in order to utilize the entire foam cushion slab as much as possible then trace the cushion(s) with a pen or marker (Sharpies work well). After you have traced all of the cushion(s) you can begin to cut the foam with an electric knife (like the kind you would use for carving a Turkey or Ham), serated knife, or hacksaw.
Note: Always be careful when using sharp instruments and wear Safety Glasses, Ear Protection and Safety Gloves.
