Shipping Terms
We offer shipping to all 48 contiguous United States via Fedex for 2 to 6 business days.
- Payment must be received within one week of the auction close. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item if payment has not been received within this time frame.
- Shipment will be processed in 1 day after confirm your payment
- Please allow backorders with items temporary out of stock which will be shown on the description it will be fulfilled in 10 to 15 days.
- Ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, please allow more days of delivery via USPS Parcel post and will cost extra $15.0 for shipping.
- Ship to Canada, please also allow more days of delivery via via USPS Parcel post, will cost extra shipping by notification via email.
- No PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
- Buyers can send one combined payment for all items purchased from me within 7 days. System will subtract $2.0 for an amount from each additional item when you checkout.
Note:Ship to 48 lower states will be via Fedex , will cost 2 - 6 days of delivery, Ship to Alaska Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada will via USPS ,Both methods provide online tracking status. The tracking number will be automatically emailed to you after the order has shipped. The shipping method will be determined by the product purchased and your shipping location. Return Terms
All sales come with a 30-day warranty. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be issued via Paypal.
- For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
- Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
- Short-shipments, and Deviations products must be reported BY EMAIL within 5 days from delivered date.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
- Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return Procedures
Please send an email to usaneptune@hotmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to keep away from any losses or damages in transit.
