You benefit by being able to build your core strength. But if you are a beginner or need a less extreme level of training, look to the ST-45 hyperextension chair, one of our other extension benches.

Please call Customer Service at (800) 847-3988 for your Return Authorization Number.  Returns must have this number on the outer packaging.  Products must be returned, at the buyer’s expense, in original packaging with all documentation, parts and accessories.  Product should be shipped with insurance as we cannot be responsible for damage in return shipping.  Refunds are issued upon inspection.  Assessments will be made for damage or missing parts.
