You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Orangeonions within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Products that are under warranty must be returned to the warranty center. If there are any problems we will be happy to help filing the warranty.
