YOU ARE BIDDING ON A BEAUTIFUL PORCELAIN ANTIQUE TRINKET BOX MADE IN EISENBERG, THURINGIA , GERMANY. ( E. GERMANY ) THE STAMP ON THE BOTTOM MEANS THIS BOX COULD BE FROM AS FAR BACK AS 1904 AND IT IS ABOUT 2 3/4 BY 2 3/4 INCHES SQUARE AND ALMOST 3 INCHES HIGH. IT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH NICE PATINA ON THE METAL HINGE & BAND AROUND THE MIDDLE . THE ONLY FLAW IS A SMALL CHIP( 1/2" ) ON THE INSIDE LID UNDER THE METAL BAND AS SEEN IN # 4 PHOTO . EVEN WITH THIS MINOR FLAW IT IS QUITE STUNNING. I HAD OPEN IT SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE I REALIZE IT WAS CHIP. SO CHECK OUT PHOTO'S , AND GOOD LUCK.
