Professional HeartBreakers Season Two Chapter Thirteen Day 27 after Skye left 3rd day of summer vacation Joe: (On the phone. All he hears: Ring...Ring...Ring...Hey! This is Skye! I'm...uh... obviously not here right now so please, feel free to talk to my machine and leave it a message. [laughs] I'll uh try to get back to you.) (He remembered being with her when she made that message. She only giggled because he started brushing his lips against her neck.) dammit! (Beep) (Sighs) Skye! Please! Pick up the phone! I need to hear your voice! (Tears up) please! (hangs up and sets his phone down. He was sitting on the floor, in Skye's room in her old house. He went the whole first week without eating, sleeping, or leaving Skye's house. He hasn't spoken to anyone since she left. Kevin and Renee put off the wedding until he could pull himself together. No such luck. He tried calling her a few more times and then cried himself to sleep.) With Renee Renee: (Walking upstairs) Kevin? Kevin: (Sitting on the edge of his bed, resting his forehead in his palms) I have no CLUE where he is Nay. (Sighs and rubs his temples) What kind of a...a responsible big brother am I? He slowly stands up from the floor. He just leaves his phone on Skye's bed and walks out) Nick: (Sighs) He's on his way. (Walks downstairs and waits on the couch. He waits impatiently. Suddenly, Joe walks in through the door) Joe! (Runs up to him and hugs him) Joe: (Sighs and hugs him back. Quietly as his voice cracks) hey... Nick: (Sighs and still hugs him) Joe it's okay... Joe: (Starts crying into his shoulder) (In between sobs) God Nick....I...miss...her...so...damn...much! Nick: (Quietly) I know...I know. (Hugs him tighter) A couple months pass by and Joe has (BARELY) begun to get over Skye. He is dating Charlotte now. She acted like she was friends with everyone again. NO ONE (Renee, Kevin, Christina, Nick, Me lol) liked the fact that he was with her. They decided to let it be and let him make his own decisions to cope with the pain. Him and Charlotte date for four more months. Joe: (Him and Charlotte are laying in his bed. {No they didn't DO it. lol. I wouldn't do that to Joe!} He rolls onto his side and pulls open the small drawer to his little dresser. He pulls out an enormous list of numbers and writes down at the bottom.) Charlotte: What are you doing baby? Joe: (Sighs) nothing. (Looks at the list: Day 119 *~!*~!*~!*~!*~!*~!*~!*~!*~! That is one of the saddest chapters I have ever posted! I almost cried when I re-read it with the song in the video. It has a perfect tune for this situation.
